I had my first visit this week and was a little anxious at first. The minute I walked through the door I was greeted by a staff member who welcomed me and was friendly and professional. Next I met with Debra who greeted me warmly and explained the process of the hearing exam and at once put me at ease. It was a pleasant experience and I highly recommend Debra and the office.

After being sent to an independent store, by my insurance company, we bought hearing aides. The service from this store was not good. I called the manufacturer of the hearing aide to find a new service provider. They sent me to the Florida Hearing Center in Boynton Beach. The people at Florida Hearing Center were nice, polite and very helpful. They now service our hearing aides.quarterly and have made adjustments that the original store did not do. I fully recommend Florida Hearing Center. They provide customer service the way it should be.

I highly recommend Dr. Gargano. I was so reluctant to go get my hearing checked but I am so glad I went to her. She was very thorough, knowledgeable and took her time with me. I did not have to wait. I had an all around excellent experience here!

Today was the first appointment for my mother who has severe/profound hearing loss. Debra learned about her hearing issues, completed the hearing test and then prescribed a specific solution which includes custom made ear molds. Debra was an active, engaged listener, thorough in her approach, and worked respectfully and compassionately with my mother. My mother thought highly of her - I agree. She was excellent. The next appointment will be dedicated to the fit, adjusting the devices as needed, downloading and training my mother on the app and explaining all the relevant points needed to begin the journey with her new hearing devices. The past few years, I hadn’t gone to an audiologist or hearing clinic, so I decided to visit this place based on the great reviews—and I’m so glad I did! Carolyn at the front desk was incredibly nice and helpful, making the whole process so easy for me. She explained everything clearly and helped me understand what was going on, which I really appreciated as a young adult still learning to manage things on my own. I tend to get confused or rely on my parents for hearing and medical appointments, but Carolyn made me feel confident and supported. Debra was my audiologist, and she was amazing! She was straightforward, knowledgeable, and helpful in determining the best steps for me moving forward, especially as a first-time patient at the clinic. I never once felt lost or confused about anything we discussed or did. I’m very excited to make this my go-to place for all my hearing needs. One of the things I love most about this clinic is how welcoming they are and how much care they put into explaining everything before making any decisions. They also work with many hearing aid brands, including my favorite, Phonak, which was a huge plus for me. I will absolutely recommend this place to everyone I know. They truly take great care of their patients.
